AABSL is the partnership of Americans to stand up for the rights of our freedom and our beloved animals, helping to find progressive solutions to the drawbacks of breed-specific legislation and learning about responsible dog ownership.

We are dedicated to our organization. We take pride in our members, and our cause. All are welcome to read the material on this site and to share it with others. We must all become active in educating the public! At this point, we are a loose organization of people committed to stopping Breed Specific Legislation and promoting Responsible Animal Ownership. We must stand together and make a difference in the nation!

Remember, every win against BSL was made possible by promoting a positive image, educating owners and citizens, proper care and training by responsible owners and a lot of hard work! You too can help! Just start at the beginning and work your way through it. We didn't get this far to stop now! We have the duty to fight this war they can't defend on their own!

Folks, we all know that All Dogs Can Bite. The key to keeping us all safe, Humans & Other Animals, is Dog Bite Prevention and Training. Proper, professional training is very affordable at PetSmart, or research and learn to do it yourself.

If we lower the numbers of dog bite incidents, then there will be no use for BSL. The only reason BSL is proposed is due to Dog Bites. So we have to 'Nip it in the Bud'. Educate yourself today on responsible dog ownership so that you can be part of the solution!

There are many articles and resouces readily available to you and your friends. We will be adding more and we hope you will find some great advice here.
